March 16, 2021 at 7PM - Planning Board

Jeffrey Dirk, the Town's Traffic Peer Reviewer, to attend the next meeting as well as Mass DOT who will provide the board an overview of the whole Route 114 improvement project, running from Waverly Road to Willow Street.  The Bertucci / Ethan Allen redevelopment plan has been resubmitted so MassDot will be available as well to speak to the area around that project.

3:40 LN - I had asked for a preliminary storm water plan and all I got was colored pictures and people running & frolicking and having a good time.    This is probably good for planning but no good for us. They show areas where they want to put the stuff but I don't know how deep it is where it is.  To be truthful I think this is a waste of time.

They're growing in leaps and bounds and our intent was to build an important residence facility for them on our site. Their alternative was to build it on their site but they would rather not do that."
